JUMPING WARM UP EXERCISES
Suitable for Novice to Experienced riders. Many of these exercises will also help with Dressage riders to help engage the hind end of horses and increase forwardness and attention levels.
A high percentage of mistakes made on a jumping course can be attributed to the lack of flat work. Spend time teaching a jumping horse basic dressage and schooling on the flat each day and you will see the overall performance over obstacles improve!
